I combine a range of therapy methodologies to get people amazing results. I work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Every client and every case is different, so what I do also varies to suit each individual.
I treat a wide range of conditions, but I specialise in treating adults and young people with anxiety and depression. I believe that these are conditions from which you can totally recover, not conditions that you simply have to "live with".
I also have clients who have come to see me simply because they don't feel like themselves and they want to feel better. I passionately believe that everyone can get better — you just have to "want it".
My clients are both male and female and range in age from 8 years old to 87 years old.
Typically, a session lasts between 60–90 minutes.
This very much depends on why you've come to see me. However, at your free consultation, once we have had the opportunity to chat, I can give you a much better understanding of the number of sessions I believe you will need.

I offer all new clients an initial free and no-obligation consultation. We do this online. It is important that we have the opportunity to meet so that I can understand how I can best help you and it also offers you another opportunity to ask questions. That meeting usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the session fee is still applicable.
