Most importantly, I know that Generalised Anxiety Disorder is not something that you simply have to “learn to manage” or “learn to cope with”. It can be completely eradicated, permanently. My clients are living proof that this is the case.
It starts with understanding how your brain and body work together and how you can make them work for you, rather than against you. Imagine expecting yourself to be able to drive without having had any lessons – this is really the same thing!
